Instructions

Making the Macarons

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until foamy.
3. Gradually add the sugar and continue to beat until the mixture is thick and glossy.
4. In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, cream of tartar, and salt.
5. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the egg white mixture and mix until combined.
6. Transfer the mixture to a pastry bag fitted with a round tip.
7. Pipe the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in circles about 2 inches in diameter.
