Mini Yellow Cake Recipe
Ingredients
This recipe makes 12 mini yellow cakes. You will need the following ingredients:
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 3/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup of butter, melted
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 12 mini cake pans.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat together the sugar and melted butter. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Beat in the flour mixture alternately with the milk. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared cake pans.
