Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the Bisquick, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped pecans. Sprinkle over the top of the batter.
