  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 package of white chocolate chips, melted
  • Blue food coloring, optional
  • Assorted sprinkles, optional
  • Candy eyes, optional
  • Cake pop sticks

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

2. Prepare yellow cake mix according to package instructions. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

3. Allow cake to cool completely on a wire rack. Crumble cake into a large bowl. Add melted butter, peanut butter, icing sugar, and milk. Mix until everything is well combined.

5. Melt the white chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave. Dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate, making sure to cover it completely. Place cake pop back on the baking sheet and allow chocolate to set for 10 minutes.

6. If desired, you can add a little blue food coloring to the remaining white chocolate to make it look like a baby rattle. Dip each cake pop into the blue chocolate and immediately add sprinkles or candy eyes. Allow chocolate to set completely before serving.
